Nate & Tori McNeely

Nate was blessed with the opportunity to meet his wife, Tori, after moving to Grant County in 2016.  They live in Sweetser where they are raising their two sons and dog. 

He currently serves as the Director of Marion Regional Career Center and varsity boys assistant basketball coach at Marion High school.  He also serves in a volunteer capacity for a variety of organizations within Grant County including the Grant County Chamber, AFENA, and Marion Youth Sports. 

Prior to moving to Indiana, Nate was the Director of Admissions and assistant men’s basketball coach at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois.

He played collegiate basketball at Judson University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science and master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.  During that time his roommate gave him his first Bible and that gift changed his life and led to him being baptized during his senior year. 

Nate is excited to be a part of the Compass team and he is confident that God will use Compass to further His Kingdom.  He wants to find every opportunity to share with others the same gift that was shared with him.

Tori has lived in Grant county for the majority of her life. She met her husband Nate through a mutual friend at Roseburg Event Center, home of Compass, and they married in 2018. Tori is a stay at home mom to their two young boys and energetic puppy. She graduated with a degree in Sociology from Indiana University Kokomo despite being an avid Purdue Boilermaker fan. Prior to being a stay at home mom she worked at an elementary school teaching young children with special needs. Tori also serves on the steering committee of a ministry called Comfort Quilters that seeks to show the love of Christ to those who are in need of comfort due to various circumstances. 

She is excited to see how God will use Compass to further His kingdom, while enriching our community.
