Jeff and his wife and two daughters moved from Nebraska to Marion, Indiana to serve as the Student Minister at a local church. Having all their family and relationships established in Nebraska, the move to Indiana is what he and his wife Angie will describe as “not always easy but good.”

Jeff has a degree in Criminal Justice and spent 7 years working in the Juvenile Justice System. These years opened Jeff’s eyes and heart to the deep hurts and the needs of families within our community and created a passion to find ways to connect with and help all people find a hope that carries us through all seasons of life. This passion led Jeff to follow God’s call to enter into full time ministry where he served for 20 years as a Student Minister, and an Associate Minister at two different churches. 

Jeff is now excited for the opportunity to serve as the Executive Director of Compass where he believes he can continue to use the life and career experiences God has granted him to help people find hope in every season of life through the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ.
