We love when college students are back in the house! Having the room packed with young adults who desire to worship the One True God through song, His Word and fellowship with others is inspiring to say the least. I often hear the "older" generation or watch on media people talk about the waywardness of this generation, and it breaks my heart because those people aren't seeing the hearts and desires of so many young adults.

Over the past couple months, we dug into the life of Jonah and saw how God's love will go to any lengths to turn us back to Him. He desires that we live in obedience but even when we are faithless, He is faithful.

We also learned from some "Strange" stories or events in scripture. If we are to believe that "all scripture is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training us in righteousness" then we need to examine even the strangest of events found in scripture. We saw how Moses and the bronze serpent pointed us to looking to the cross and remembering the cost of our sin and the Savior that was raised up on the cross as our remedy. We also learned from a fish story that Jesus paid a price He didn't owe so that we could experience the fullness of life that is found only through Him. And finally, we saw through a left-handed assassin that God is able and desires to use anyone to deliver HIs people and He is known for providing exactly what we need through often unusual people and ways.

We are wrapping up the semester focused on living lives of generosity with an abundance mindset that trusts that God has and will provide us "Everything & More" than we need.

We are so thankful for the students and the adults who are committed to worshipping and growing with us and can't wait to see how the Kingdom continues to grow through lives that are focused and set on living on mission wherever God has them.
