Do you have an idea, gift, or talent that God has placed upon your heart to start using to serve our community? One of our ministry focuses at Compass is Community. We seek to provide opportunities for you to serve and build His Kingdom through our communities, and campuses. While some ministry may function within our Compass walls, we want to encourage people to reach outward into our community and in order to do that we have developed a process called Beyond the Building.
Beyond the Building is designed to help you clarify a ministry idea or gift God has given you to serve our community and grow His Kingdom. Our hope through this process is to be able to provide you guidance and/or resources to pursue that ministry idea or gift. If you are interested in sharing your ministry idea with us please prayerfully complete this form and submit it for our board of directors to review.

When we host events we need people who are willing to serve others. This could be through greeting, setting up, tearing down tables and chairs, organizing & distributing resources and so much more.
