Compass was established and built on the solid foundation of the the Word of God. We will continue to hold to His Truth in all that we do. Here are a few of the values we see as vital to the success of Compass:

• Intentionally seek opportunities to build relationships and draw others to Jesus.
• Strengthen individuals and families throughout our community in their walk with Jesus.
• Equip people to live out and boldly share His Gospel to a world that needs Jesus.
